By accessing and using Vendor Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. Vendor Vault is a service provided by Ajeck Systems Limited.

2. Service Provision

Vendor Vault provides tools for project management, team coordination, and compliance tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Ajeck Systems Limited does not guarantee that the generated reports will prevent tax audits; accuracy of data entry remains the responsibility of the user.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ajeck Systems Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
